Leghe are multi-purpose vouchers pursuant to art. 6-quater of Italian Presidential Decree 633/72. They are non-refundable under any circumstances, as their value has already been credited to the user's wallet at the time of purchase.
In case of legitimate withdrawal:
Business customers (acting in the exercise of their professional activity) do not enjoy the right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code. Any refunds will be handled according to the specific contractual conditions of the Network and purchased plan.

The right of withdrawal provided in this policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree 206/2005. For users residing in other EEA countries, the local transposition provisions of the Directive apply where they provide more favorable conditions for the consumer.
For users residing in the United Kingdom, the right of withdrawal is guaranteed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The withdrawal period is 14 days. The exception for digital services applies under the same conditions (express consent + explicit waiver of the right of withdrawal).
