Refund and Withdrawal Policy — LANGA Galaxy

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Pursuant to arts. 52-59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer (a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without obligation to state reasons and without incurring costs other than those provided by law.

2. How to exercise withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an explicit communication to:

• Or via Account Area → Privacy & Data → Withdrawal request

The communication must include: full name, Account email, purchased service/plan, purchase date, reason (optional).

3. Exception for digital services

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

• Performance has begun with the consumer's express consent; and
• The consumer has acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.

At checkout, LANGA explicitly requests such consent through a dedicated notice and checkbox.

3.1 Services to which the exception applies

• LINK packs — monitoring/maintenance service with immediate activation;
• LAB software licenses — immediate download/activation;
• OPS credits and subscriptions — immediate use;
• Any service whose use has begun before the expiry of the 14-day period.

4. Leghe (vouchers)

Leghe are multi-purpose vouchers pursuant to art. 6-quater of Italian Presidential Decree 633/72. They are non-refundable under any circumstances, as their value has already been credited to the user's wallet at the time of purchase.

5. Refund timeline and method

In case of legitimate withdrawal:

• The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication;
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase;
• The refunded amount will be net of any cashback Leghe already credited (which will be deducted from the wallet);
• For partially used services, the refund will be proportional to the unused portion.

6. Refunds for business customers (B2B)

Business customers (acting in the exercise of their professional activity) do not enjoy the right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code. Any refunds will be handled according to the specific contractual conditions of the Network and purchased plan.

7. Disputes

In case of refund disputes, users may contact legal@langa.tv. LANGA commits to resolving disputes amicably within 30 days.

Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Users in the European Economic Area

The right of withdrawal provided in this policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree 206/2005. For users residing in other EEA countries, the local transposition provisions of the Directive apply where they provide more favorable conditions for the consumer.

9. Users in the United Kingdom

For users residing in the United Kingdom, the right of withdrawal is guaranteed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The withdrawal period is 14 days. The exception for digital services applies under the same conditions (express consent + explicit waiver of the right of withdrawal).
